Rising from the Ashes

In the wake of the devastating fire that destroyed the Nambucca Leagues and Sports Club, our community has faced both a terrible loss and a potentially great opportunity to rebuild for the future.

The Club has long stood as more than just a building and has been a gathering place, a support network, a sporting home and a social heart for Nambucca Heads and the wider region of the Nambucca Valley.

The fire was a shock felt across the community, disrupting sporting programs, social gatherings, fundraising activities and support services
that many rely upon in the community.

Our overview below outlines a community driven initiative to rebuild the
Nambucca Leagues and Sports Club as a modern, inclusive and resilient facility that will continue to serve and support sporting groups, community organizations, families and local residents and visitors for generations to come.

Through fundraising, donations, and in kind contributions, we invite
individuals, businesses trades, philanthropists and partners to take part in something much bigger than just bricks and mortar being the rebuilding of a shared legacy that will benefit many people.
